Job Description:
The Team Leader, Operations is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of call center associates. This position ensures performance metrics are achieved by providing adequate coaching, motivation and accountability.
MHR:
- Ability to express thoughts in a logical/orderly manner (Verbal - for agents handling calls, video calls / Written - for agents handling emails/chat/back office)
- Must be able to type within minimum acceptable words per minute threshold 40WPM Basic understanding of Electronic Vehicle charging and retail operations, exceptional multi-tasking skills, and a proficiency in technology.
