Lead the monthly WD4 financial performance preparation for Asia HQ, ensuring the timely delivery of comprehensive analyses covering sales, cost and FTE, balance sheet, and capital expenditure. Develop profitability analyses by customer and product line to support pricing strategies and margin enhancement initiatives. Monitor Sales KPIs, including CRM performance indicators, new contract signings, and customer satisfaction, while ensuring regular updates and communication with Sales Managers. Lead the annual MSP budgeting process for all Vietnam entities, including three entities and one joint venture. Act as the country lead for Risk and ESG KPI reporting. Drive continuous improvement in data flows, accounting policies, and the accuracy of cost and revenue bookings to enhance P&L visibility and forecasting quality.
