Department Overview:
The IT Operations Tools Team manages IT Operations Support Systems (OSS), also known as the Telecom Network Portal (TNP). This platform serves as system of authority for telecom and IP network planning and design—including connections, devices, and locations. It also supports inside-plant management, power management, and change impact analysis.
Position Summary:
