About the Role Our Client is hiring a Dispatcher to monitor and coordinate shuttle operations in Dalton, GA. Employment type: Full-time. This role requires bilingual English and Korean communication for interactions with drivers and passengers/clients. Requirements Responsibilities Monitor shuttle locations and schedules using GPS tracking to support on-time performance. Maintain constant communication with drivers to provide route updates and instructions. Provide customer service in English and Korean for passenger/client inquiries, complaints, and requests. Respond to disruptions (traffic, breakdowns, accidents) and report incidents in both English and Korean as required. Maintain accurate daily logs of shuttle schedules and operational data. Qualifications Fluent in both English and Korean; capable of professional verbal and written communication in both languages (required).
