About the Role Our Client is seeking an HR Generalist based in Phoenix, AZ. The HR Generalist will partner with business leaders across assigned regions to support recruiting, onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and general HR advisory responsibilities. Salary: $50,000.00 to $70,000.00. Requirements Responsibilities Partner with business leaders across assigned regions to identify workforce needs and support strategic hiring plans, including candidate evaluation and interview process management Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and pre-employment processes (background checks, documentation) Serve as a primary point of contact for staffing agencies, driving performance management, vendor alignment, and continuous improvement of recruiting outcomes Lead onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation and exit interviews with actionable insights Review and audit emplo...
