About the Role A bakery franchise company with training centers in New Jersey and California is hiring a Bakery Training Specialist. This role delivers pre-opening training for new bakery stores, covering product preparation, quality control, and store operations to ensure a successful launch. You will also provide foundational training for internal employees, support training center operations, and develop training materials. Reports to the Senior Training Center Manager. Requirements Key Responsibilities Training Delivery Conduct comprehensive training for new store owners and employees. Provide training on manual and new products. Educate on hygiene and frozen dough management. Train on the proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment. Educate on store quality control measures.
