Our company is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Associate licensed in Missouri and Illinois, with at least five years of personal injury experience, to manage a high volume caseload of motor vehicle (car, truck, motorcycle) and premises liability matters from pre litigation through trial. This role includes immediate responsibility and direct client contact.

This role includes immediate responsibility and direct client contact.
Responsibilities
- Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution.
- Handle pre litigation workup, including client interviews, investigation of liability and damages, medical record review, and insurer negotiations.
- Litigate cases in Missouri and Illinois state courts (and federal court when applicable), including pleadings, discovery, motions, and pretrial filings.
