Job Description

Requisition Name: Pharmacist   

Location :-  Jacksonville, FL  32206 - Onsite

Duration of the Contract: 04/01/2026 2+ Months possible to extend

                                                                                                                                

Description

  • Interpret prescriptions

  • Perform medication therapy management (MTM) functions and compounds

  • Dispense medications within regulatory guidelines

  • Assure proper and economic use of medications

  • Provide medication information and advice to patients, physicians, nurses and other healthcare providers

  • Manage and utilize the approved formulary

  • Basic knowledge of commonly used software such as Microsoft Outlook and Word

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
