Hiring Talent Sourcer in Nashville, TN



Title: Talent Sourcer

Location: Nashville, TN preferred / Remote (US)

Type: 6 Months contract

Shift: 8 AM – 5 PM



Rate: $36-38/hr (W2)



Requirements:

  • 2+ years in Talent Sourcing/Acquisition

  • Experience in high-volume hiring (tech/agency/automotive)

  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Indeed, HireEZ, etc.

  • Ability to build pipelines and partner with stakeholders
