Your Role as an Assistant Store Manager
- Support the Store Manager in all areas and handle primary duties in their absence.

- Oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, maintain budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory.
- Ensure safety and security by enforcing company policies and procedures.
