Summary
This is a senior engineering role responsible for designing, developing, and implementing the complete manufacturing test strategy for new electromechanical products. The successful candidate will own the entire test process, from defining test requirements and coverage during the design phase (NPI) to creating and qualifying test hardware, software, and procedures for the production line.
Key responsibilities include hands‑on development of test systems using tools like Visual Basic, applying Design for Test (DFT) principles, troubleshooting complex yield and quality issues, and driving continuous improvement by introducing new test technologies. This position requires an independent, problem‑solving individual who can train technicians and serve as the bridge between R&D and manufacturing to ensure products are built efficiently and defect‑free.
