Assistant Production Manager
Role details (Location, Transport, Working hours, Basic pay)
- Location: Tuas
- (Company Transport / Transport Allowance $120 if candidate travel to work by themselves)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am – 5pm)
- Basic: $4300 to $4800 + Sign on Bonus (T&C apply)
Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
Safety-related certifications are an advantage.
Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in Manufacturing industry.
Prior supervisory or assistant management experience preferred.
Job Scope Operations & ProductionAssist the Operations Manager in managing day-to-day production on processing, including thermal treatment, chemical leaching, milling, blending processes.
Oversee and coordinate activities across production, engineering, logistics, and chemical leaching teams to ensure smooth operations.
