Job Description
Name of Authority: Jiemin Primary School
Contract Period: From 1 July 2026 to 30 November 2026.
Option to extend: a further period of 10 months.
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
- Mon‑Fri: 7:30am to 4.00pm, inclusive of 30 minutes lunch break
- Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays: service not required
- Bachelor of Arts / Science in Psychology / Counselling
- At least 2 years of experience working with children ages between 6 to 12
- First responding:
- Responds to call for help from teachers to remove student and bring the student to pull‑out location
- Provides triaging and basic counselling for students who flare up
- Contact parents to provide first updates
- Provides input to SC, SENO, DM, SDT for follow‑up
