Summary
Provide product cost and pricing support for new and current products. First full level of specialization; applies expertise in more than one area of specialization. Works on diverse problems requiring analysis of data and evaluation of factors. Incumbents are accountable for quality of work delivered by external suppliers as applicable. May influence others outside of team to ensure goals are met and resolve conflicts effectively. Makes sound decisions to achieve site/major function operations, schedules, and performance goals. Receives guidance on unique or controversial problems. Builds internal and external relationships, implements process improvements, negotiates and persuades, conducts negotiations and manages outcomes, chairs meetings with adequate presentation material, mentors and motivates others, plans and prioritizes work, makes data-based decisions, anticipates and initiates changes, and handles difficult situations diplomatically.
