Job Description

  • Lead Southern Asia (>8 Markets) Monthly Payroll Processing and validation to ensure 100% accuracy and on-time payroll payouts in line with the payroll calendar. Process key changes to payroll due to benefits, salary adjustments, on/offboarding etc.
  • Support in Southern Asia Payroll or Leave Migration projects, including data harmonization, project management, and legal/employment contracts for Savencia Group (including SFD & Valrhona)
  • Support in HR Policy creation and regional policy harmonization projects
  • Support in daily HR operations (including payroll, benefits, annual salary cycles, on/offboarding, invoicing, reporting, logistics)
  • Support in compensation and benefits calculations and adjustments (including annual salary adjustment, annual bonus payouts, other calculations)
  • Other Ad-hoc tasks for the HR department
