1 Year Contract Junior Bank HR Shared Services Executive (Employee Lifecycle & Onboarding) #BLMJobs Responsibilities
- Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, transfers, conversions and offboarding processes.
- Coordinate employee screenings, offer documentation and employee declarations in accordance with company policies.
- Administer pass applications, renewals and related employment documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely filing of documents within HR systems.
- Respond to employee and stakeholder enquiries while providing administrative support across HR operations.
- Support HR projects, reference check processes and other shared services initiatives as assigned.
