1 Year Contract Patient Service Associate ($2500/ 5.5 days office hours/ Northeast/ East) Job Scope- Greet and register patients
- Schedule patient appointment
- Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals
- Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
- Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service
- Will be stationed at Health monitoring station based on roster; involved in taking height/weight and blood pressure for patients at Health monitoring station
