Job Description
Duties
- Greet and register patients
- Schedule patient appointment
- Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals
- Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
- Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service
- Involved in taking height / weight and blood pressure for patients at Health monitoring station
Working hours: 5.5 days
Requirements- Min N/O/A/ Dip in any educational qualifications
- Must commit to 1 year
