Required Qualifications
- Manitoba Teaching Certificate.
- Minimum of five (5) years teaching experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Level 1 Manitoba Administration Certification, Level 2 Manitoba Principal Certification or Certificate for School Leadership considered an asset.
- Post‑graduate in Education Administration (or related field) or willingness to obtain.
- Understanding of Indigenous education, culture and traditions.
- Effective communication with co‑workers, public and outside agencies, demonstrated through written/verbal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize.
