The Role
As a 1:1 ALN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide individualised support to pupils with a range of additional learning needs, including ASD, ADHD, and behavioural or emotional needs
- Assist in implementing personalised learning plans
- Support the pupil’s engagement, confidence, and social development
- Work closely with teachers, ALNCOs, and external professionals
- Help create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
