Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to generate new business, build client relationships, and partner with our claims team. This is a field-focused, commission-driven role with high earning potential. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads in residential and commercial property claims markets. Meet clients on-site to assess property damage and explain our services. Develop and maintain referral networks (contractors, brokers, restoration pros).
