We are seeking talented **students** to join our team for a **12-month P1/P2 programme** within our **Service, Engineering, and Reliability functions** in **Johannesburg, South Africa.**
_The programme develops trainees from foundational learning to practical technical and operational competence in maintenance environments. It incorporates key Reliability and Industrial Engineering principles to enhance efficiency, equipment performance, and productivity, supported by structured training, assessments, and logbook completion to enable a smooth transition to value-adding work._
