Seeking an Application Production Support Analyst (L2) to support Supply Chain and Trade Finance applications globally . This role ensures a stable, resilient production environment , handling incident resolution, system monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Provide 24/7 L2 production support across global applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues , including root cause analysis and workaround solutions
- Manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets , ensuring timely resolution and escalation
- Coordinate with development teams and vendors to deliver permanent fixes
- Monitor systems proactively and enhance alerting and preventive controls
