Job Description
**Requirements**:
- Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or equivalent Engineering degree;
- Effective communication skills both in Portuguese and English;
- Broad knowledge and experience in the automotive industry especially within the area of Powertrain;
- Leadership experience and competences related to people´s leading;
- Experienced in Product Development of automotive components;
- Good knowledge of the Product Development Cycle and Project Management;
- Good knowledge of Simulation tools;
- Good Knowledge of PDM documentation;
**Activities**:
- Manage the Projects Portfolio under PE Curitiba scope, including responsibility for the associated budget and resource allocation;
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across GTX functions to support the portfolio execution, fostering strong alignment and teamwork;
