- Flexibility to adapt instruction in the moment to meet student needs in an inquiry-driven space.
- Ability to create and adapt unit plans using provided curricular resources such as Amplify CKLA, i-Ready and Fundations.
- Implementation of accommodations and modifications.
- Co-plan, co-instruct, and co-assess with diverse learner teacher(s) and other staff to deliver accessible, standards-based instruction to individual students, small groups, and the whole class
