Seeking a tech-savvy, multilingual support technician to handle remote troubleshooting, content updates, and helpdesk coordination. Must have an IT diploma/certification, experience in technical support, and strong PC and networking knowledge.

- Device prep & basic software testing
- Fluent in multiple SA languages
