Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a1st Shift Assembly Supervisorto join theLighting Sector Kenall Teamin Kenosha, WI. The Assembly Supervisor reports to the Production Manager and is responsible for the operation of the Assembly Department. The overall objective is the efficient and effective use of labor, material, tools, equipment and facilities in meeting customer requirements as directed by production schedules issued by Material Control. The successful Assembly Supervisor will hire, train, assist, maintain morale, and motivate employees. A mutually cooperative working relationship with other supervisors and managers is critical to the overall success of the manufacturing operations and the company.
