Job Description
CTG is seeking a **Document Scanning Operator Level 1** to support our client’s Digital Imaging Center in Chantilly, VA.
**Location:** Chantilly, VA
**Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (overtime potential)
**Duration:** Ongoing Contract
**Pay Rate:** $19.57/hr
This position supports daily imaging operations and helps ensure documents are processed accurately and on time.
**Responsibilities**
+ Prepare documents for scanning by removing staples, clips, rubber bands, and bindings
+ Validate and reconcile boxes and files received for processing
+ Scan documents using high-speed scanning equipment
+ Perform visual quality checks to ensure images are clear and complete
+ Insert separator sheets to organize documents during scanning
+ Identify oversized or exception documents and escalate when necessary
+ Index scanned images according to customer guidelines
