This 1st shift Painter Helper position supports an internal industrial painter by preparing materials and equipment for spray painting in a paint booth. You will focus on paint preparation, equipment setup, and accurate documentation of daily work, with the opportunity to grow into a full painter role and take on additional painting tasks over time.
**Responsibilities**
+ Prepare materials for industrial painting by sanding, masking, and performing all necessary prep work to ensure proper paint adhesion and finish quality.
+ Load paint and set up spray equipment, including ensuring the sprayer is correctly configured and ready for use in the paint booth.
