Additionally, the Production Lead will train new hires on standard operating procedures, equipment, and line adjustments while providing ongoing coaching. Safety protocols are paramount; therefore, the role involves enforcing PPE, assisting with audits, completing shift paperwork, and supporting shift-to-shift communication.
