About the Company
Highly reputable, regional law firm with offices in Dallas, Ft. Worth, Houston and Austin seeks 2-4 year attorney for their Houston office with strong litigation skills for their commercial litigation section. The ideal candidate will have experience with the following:
- Manage all phases of litigation from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and case evaluations
- Take and defend depositions
- Attend and argue hearings, arbitrations, and trials
- Communicate directly with clients
- Work with partners on litigation strategy, case development, and firm growth
- Take ownership of your cases
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Texas and in good standing
