**Hours: 36 (3x12s)**
**Shift: Days or Nights**
A Med Surg/Tele RN is needed for a day or night shift assignment in Evanston, IL. The role includes caring for adult patients on a Med Surg/Tele unit, with floating to similar units as needed.
**?** **Minimum Requirements:**
+ **2+ Years of Experience Required**
+ Current Registered Nurse license for the state in which the nurse practices
+ One year experience in Telemetry Preferred
+ Current CPR if applicable
+ TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
+ Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
+ Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
