Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinating and taking care for a certain market rollout in all belongings of my product
- Maintains overview over the Feature Team specific processes & structures.
- Ensures that the Feature Team solution for a market will be implemented & tested.
- Fit-To-Template: Conduct all FIT/GAP workshops & introduces the template processes to markets.
- Ensure that Fit-to-Template workshops result in FITs or pre-evaluated GAPs.
- Organises and ensures that potential GAPs are discussed with the FT experts.
- Maintains documentation of findings according to centrally provided documentation approach (e.g., Process FIT).
- Ensures that the required data collection sheets are filled out (master data & customizing).
- Ensures business and technical roll-out activities are considered in my Feature Team's wave planning / backlog.
