Data and Information Systems Specialist
School Board Office: Nisga'a School District No. 92 invites applications for a Data and Information Systems Specialist for a full-time, 7.5‑hour‑per‑day, 12‑month position at the School Board Office, starting as soon as possible. This is a regular 37.5‑hour‑per‑week position, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in data, information and record keeping systems (MyEdBC, EdPlanInsight, CLEVR, PowerBI).
- Assist in verification of student demographics, enrollment and attendance data.
- Assist with processing student transfers, withdrawals and graduations, ensuring all records are complete and accurate.
