About the Role
The Clinical Pharmacist Specialist (CPS) will be responsible for clinical pharmacy key performance indicators including but not limited to medication reconciliation, developing and initiating pharmaceutical care plans, resolving drug therapy problems, participating in interprofessional patient care rounds and collaboration, patient education, and dispensary-related work. The CPS will be committed to quality improvement processes, mentorship, education, and performing critical decision making regarding medication management under the general supervision of the Pharmacy Manager.
