The 275kv Resident Engineer, Malaysia is responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and continuous operation of all electrical systems within the facility, including high-voltage and low-voltage infrastructure such as switchgear, transformers, RMUs, and backup power systems.
This role is critical in maintaining 24/7 uninterrupted power supply, performing switching operations, responding to electrical faults, and supporting both preventive and corrective maintenance activities. The HT Chargeman acts as a first responder during electrical incidents, ensuring rapid fault isolation and system restoration while minimizing operational downtime.
The position requires strong technical expertise in high-voltage systems, strict adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to perform effectively in a mission critical data centre environment.
