Lead the Commercial Division within the Dunedin Branch
Enviro NZ is looking for a proactive, self-starting Commercial Manager to lead the Commercial Division within the Dunedin Branch.
What you’ll do
You will be responsible for the organisation and supervision of the Commercial Division, including the operational activities of collection vehicles, workers (employees, temps and contractors), asset management, customer administration and service.
You will manage existing key accounts and desired accounts, and work with the Sales team to generate new business opportunities from existing customers.
You will ensure compliance with corporate policy at branch level, including Driver Quality Procedure, Drug and Alcohol Policy, Contractor Management and Fleet Policy, and support Health & Safety requirements including incident reporting, investigations, audits, and corrective actions.
