2nd Shift Assembler N
Your main responsibilities
Perform all operations necessary to assemble, fabricate and align, a variety of mechanical and fabricated elevator components in the allocated times while maintaining quality specifications.MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 2ND SHIFT.
+ Work from manufacturing information – SAP 00R (M.I.), C.O.E. sheets, engineering drawings, sketches, parts lists, written and/or oral instructions to assemble an assure all necessary parts are available.
+ Identify, accumulate and assemble all parts to complete platforms, platform components, safeties, buffer springs, jack supports, governor units, rail footers, hatch piping and buffer blocking assemblies, wire cab ceilings and perform continuity wiring test to ceilings as required, header entrances and feeder components, elevator hatch door locking devices and complete interlocks and required hardware packages and fit all components, including doors, jambs, walls and ceilings...
