Position: 2nd Shift Production Group Leader - 077 FL Comp SUP Location: Battle Creek, MI Job Id: 1293 # of Openings: 1 Open to All IIS Associates Position: Group Leader Section: BU - 077 FL Comp Sup Shift: 2nd Pay: Up to $22.25 an hour Basic Functions: Under the direction of the Forward Lighting Component Supply Section Supervisor this position is responsible for scheduling daily production. Scheduling of daily overtime when required based on customer requirements and store conditions. Maintaining a variety of records, including production boards, process reject control charts, set‐up verifications, material usage logs, and daily production inputs. Monitoring and updating standard work charts and set‐up verification documents to ensure accuracy. Providing direction and training to other associates.
