**Job Description**
This 2nd shift picker and packer position supports all stages of the pick, pack, and ship process in a clean, temperature-controlled distribution environment. You will rotate between picking and packing tasks throughout your shift, using scanners and following detailed instructions to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment. The schedule for this role is 2nd shift, from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform all duties in the pick, pack, and ship process with a flexible attitude and willingness to rotate between tasks throughout the shift.
+ Work in the picking area using a cart with multiple scan codes to locate and pick parts from racks according to scanned instructions.
+ Scan the appropriate code on the cart, identify the correct parts on the racks, place them on the cart, and continue scanning until the cart is fully completed.
