Position Overview
Lumora Talent Consulting is seeking a highly motivated 2nd Shift Production Supervisor for a leading manufacturing client. This role serves as the first-line leader responsible for supporting team members within an assigned production area. The Production Supervisor will coordinate daily operations to ensure production schedules are met while fostering a culture focused on safety, quality, efficiency, continuous improvement, and employee development.
The ideal candidate is a servant leader with experience managing teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and working within a unionized workforce.
