The 2nd shift Production/QA Supervisor is responsible for directing all manufacturing and quality operations to meet or exceed our customers’ expectations, safely, timely, and in a cost-effective manner. Interacting and maintaining employee morale while enforcing compliance with safety and manufacturing procedures and policies is paramount. Is responsible for supervising and scheduling daily activities for all QA Technicians and Production employees to support efficient flow of Bushing Manufacturing.
