We are hiring a 3-month Senior/Assistant Manager, Talent Development to be outsourced to our clients from reputable healthcare organizations.
Job Responsibilities- Oversee the planning and execution of fellowship and scholarship schemes for Healthcare Professionals across healthcare institutions.
- Plan for fund acquisition, facilitate a robust selection and claims process, and organize the annual awards ceremony for scholarship recipients.
- Recognised degree in any discipline with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Good team player, independent and resourceful.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
