8.30am – 6pm (Mon to Thurs), 8.30am – 5.30pm (Fri)
$2,760 per month
3 Months Contract Executive, Registrar’s Office (1 Jul – 30 Sep 2026)
The staff will support administrative support for the Grant application and signing exercise for Academic Year 2026, as well as support for PET learner management.
- Provide administrative support for the Tuition Grant (TG) application and signing process
- Attend to phone calls and emails enquiries related and tuition fees and grants
- Liaise with other Autonomous Universities on verification
- Assist with data entry and verification
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned from time to time
