Job Description
- Design and implement end-to-end performance testing strategies to ensure system scalability and stability - Develop and execute automated performance test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks - Identify system bottlenecks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve performance issues - Analyze performance test results and provide actionable recommendations for system optimization - Build, maintain, and enhance performance testing frameworks and test environments - Ensure systems meet defined performance benchmarks under varying load conditions - Create detailed documentation of test plans, execution reports, and performance metrics - Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to support performance tuning activities - Monitor system performance trends and proactively identify potential risks - Stay updated with emerging performance testing tools, methodologies, and best practices
