Job Description
An exciting opportunity for a Site Production Supervisor.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH GRAB AND LOADING SHOVEL
Shifts – 6am – 6pm rolling 4on 4off + handover
Annual leave 22.5 days + stats
Pay £16-20 per hour, depending on experience and ability to meet the job specification
Managing a team of 3
* Coordinate with Site Manager, WB & FoH Supervisor & Maintenance Team
* Coordinate with Night Site Production Supervisor - Daily handover 15mins (+1hr pw)
* Staff Management re Timecards, Holiday, Illness, Rota, Return To Work, Disciplinary, Training etc
About you
* Experience with manufacturing/processing plant
* Organisational and leadership abilities
* Communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to problem solve
* Mobile plant experience, in particular FLT, loading shovel and grab
* Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role
