Key Responsibility Areas Participate in managing procedures associated with preparation and collation of contract documentation and/or evaluating tender applications for variety of works relating to the department. Responsible for infrastructure planning within the department. Participates and supports according to the Municipal Finance Management Practices’ output plan. Executes delegated responsibilities in respect of leading professional project teams from inception to completion of strategic projects and contributes to the identification and development of key internal professional.
