Job Summary
The 3PL Region Manager acts as the high‑level bridge between iHerb and its external logistics providers across a specific geographic territory, responsible for daily operations and coordination with our partners and internal stakeholders. Heavy operations management experience is required.
Job Expectations
- 3PL Operations Management
- Own day-to‑day performance of 3PL partners across assigned region
- Ensure SLA/KPI adherence (inbound, fulfillment, inventory accuracy, returns)
- Partner Management & Governance
- Hold 3PL partners accountable through regular performance reviews and metrics tracking
- Act as primary escalation point for operational issues
- Monitor inventory and order processing across iHerb and 3PL partner systems to ensure alignment
