- Led and managed end-to-end R&D projects and product delivery in smart and sustainable advanced manufacturing, overseeing planning, execution, and evaluation from concept to completion.
- Lead project scoping with internal and external stakeholders to establish communication plans, build project schedules and establish clear project deliverables and milestones.
- Ensure successful delivery of project scope and targets while managing project risk, quality, delivery, scope, schedule, and budget.
- Spearhead design, development, and delivery of R&D solutions to customers through active leadership of motivating and facilitating research rigour across multiple research institute project teams.
- Lead and drive quality, procurement, finance and legal challenges.
