This role supervises Data Centre Technicians and Facilities Technicians, operates and maintains data center facilities to ensure optimal uptime (measured by Five 9’s), and leads daily operations and maintenance scheduling.

- Operate and maintain data center facilities to ensure optimal uptime.
- Task the CF Ops team in compliance with local, state, and federal fire, health, and life safety regulations.
- Provide tasking for daily operations and maintenance scheduling of non‑critical and critical maintenance.
- Ensure the CF Ops team works effectively to achieve goals, reviewing budget, staff planning, NPS, and efficiency.
